Meeting & pickup
Meet at the lift entrance to the "Novedades Parking", in front of the Tivoli Theatre. Please wait in front of the lift entrance to the car park, at street level. Your driver-guide will meet you there to pick you up. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the tour's starting time.

- Each tuk-tuk has a maximum capacity of 4 people (price is intended per vehicle)
- The minimum age for joining this tour is 2 years old and children must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum mandatory weight is 9 kg
- The tour will start and end at the same point
- In case of customer delay, the activity will be reduced based on the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is greater than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded
- The itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- During winter, tuk-tuks will have blankets and protective layers against rain and wind
