Meeting & pickup
Meeting points in Cancun: Crown Paradise MP (Go Mart Villas del Rey) at 4:30 am; Presidente Intercontinental (bus stop) at 5:10 am; Crazy Hot Coyote at 5:40 am. Meeting point in Playa del Carmen: Plaza Las Perlas at 6:00 am. Pick-up is available from hotels in Cancun (if option selected). After booking, the local operator will contact you using the contact information provided at checkout to arrange the pick-up service. If your hotel is outside the coverage area, an alternative meeting location will be arranged as close as possible to your hotel.

Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- Admission fees to the archaeological sites (USD 56) are not included in the price and must be paid on-site by credit card (cash payments are not accepted)
- Cost of the life vest for visiting the cenote (mandatory for safety reasons)
- A fee applies to reserve and guarantee a seat for a child restraint system
Know in advance:
- Mexican nationals are eligible for a discount on the archaeological site tax upon presentation of a valid ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not apply without official identification
- If pick-up is included in your selected option, the local operator will contact you after booking to arrange the pick-up service
- The hotel pick-up service is available only in Cancun. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed the day before the tour
