Vouchers must be exchanged for a City Sightseeing time-stamped ticket at Jackson Square (stop #1) or Basin St. Station (stop #5). You can board at any City Sightseeing stop with a paper voucher and exchange it along the way for a time-stamped ticket

- The hop-on hop-off bus tour tickets are only valid for the specific date you selected when booking. You can redeem and use your tickets only on the date you chose during booking. They won't be accepted on any other date

- The Lafayette Cemetery tour is self-guided and starts at bus stop 12
- Stop 16 - Convention Centre (In front of Hall E) is a 10-minute walk from Mardi Gras World
- Buses run Thursday-Monday, from 09:30 am to 4:00 pm every 30 minutes
- The service does not operate on 25th December
- Onboard commentary is only available in English
