- Expectant mothers less than five-months pregnant can participate in the Dolphin Connection program accompanied by another adult and after signing a responsibility waiver
- Children above 140cm can participate alone in the program
- Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species
- Meeting point is Playa Langosta – Kukulcan Boulevard, Hotel Zone, 77500 Cancún, Quintana Roo
- The government tax for activities involving swimming with marine animals in dolphinariums isn't included. 50 MXN per person needs to be paid at check-in
- There is an additional dock fee of MXN $300 per person for adults and children aged six and over
- Not suitable for guests with cardiac or respiratory problems
- Not suitable for expectant mothers or guests with back problems
- Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time
