Meeting & pickup
Plaza Premium Lounge (International Departures, Terminal 3) Dubai International Airport (DXB) Level 4, Concourse A – West Wing. The lounge is located in the restricted area at the West Wing of Departures Level, Terminal 3, Concourse A, near Gates A2 and A3 past the Duty-Free shopping area. To access the lounge, take the lift from the Duty-Free area to level 4.

Know in advance:
- The lounge opens daily 24 hours. You don't need to reserve a time slot, just show your voucher at the entrance of the lounge and you can stay for the booked time
- You must have already checked in for your onward flight and have a valid boarding pass to enter the lounge. Please contact your respective airline if you require flight check-in and boarding pass information
- Your ticket includes a selection of food and drinks. For special alcoholic drinks, you might need to pay additional fees
- Your ticket includes the use of equipment such as showers, charging stations, international TV channels, newspapers, and magazines. Shower facilities are subject to availability
- Plaza Premium Lounge may be required to close a certain facility/service from time to time without prior notice. - Infants under the age of 2 are free of charge and don't need a ticket
