- The museum has three floors that are easily accessible both by stairs and lift

- The museum has its own mobile app, where you can download the audio guide for free
- The audio guide is available in Spanish, English, German, Italian, French, and Russian
- Each video console on display is explained in both Spanish and English
- Children (age 0-5) can enter for free and don't need a ticket
- From 20 April to 28 April 2026, the temporary exhibition will be closed for a change of exhibition
