Learn about the history of Stutthof Concentration Camp, the first and longest‑operating camp established by Nazi Germany on Polish territory. Founded in 1939, it initially held around 3000 prisoners but expanded over time to detain more than one hundred thousand people from over 25 countries. Many prisoners were subjected to forced labour, inhumane conditions and systematic violence, with thousands losing their lives.

During this guided visit, you will explore the preserved grounds of the former camp, including both the old and new sections, the commandant’s villa, gas chambers, crematorium and the memorial dedicated to the victims.
