The audio tour is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone X or older, iPhone SE 1st generation, iPod Touch, iPad 5th generation or older, iPad Air 2nd generation or older, iPad Mini 4th generation or older, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 1st generation.
- It is recommended to download the ticket and audio tour on Wi-Fi before your visit, as the mobile signal may be weak at the site. Ensure your device has 100-150 MB of storage and is fully charged
- Free or reduced admission tickets can only be purchased in person at the ticket booth
