Pick-up service is available from hotels or accommodations in Chiang Mai city at 08.30 am. Please wait at your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

- This trip involves narrow streets, forest paths, and waterfall areas, which may be slippery; it is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility
Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- During the rainy season (July–September), the vans park below Mae Kampong village and you'll take the community shuttle (100 THB per person). Please bring cash to pay the shuttle in these months
Know in advance:
- You'll be requested to add your accommodation details during checkout for the pickup service
- One van accommodates up to 9 passengers
- Photography is encouraged, but please respect local residents and their privacy
- Schedule may change due to local conditions
- Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking on uneven surfaces
