Learn to make a traditional paella in Valencia, the home of this famous dish!
Meet your guide and start the experience with a stroll around Mercado Central to buy your fresh ingredients. You will then go to the kitchen for a live paella course with a professional chef who will teach you all the tips and tricks that only locals know.
Everyone will have their own cooking station (between 1–3 people) and the chef will guide you through, step-by-step, to make your own authentic paella. After your hard work, sit back and enjoy some local tapas, wine and, of course, your very own paella. Your experience finishes with a sweet treat before returning to the meeting point.

Know in advance:
- Mercado Central is closed in the afternoon/evening and on Sundays. Any tours happening in the afternoon/evening or on Sunday will not enter the market
- The maximum amount of people for each tour is 12
- Please make sure you specify dietary requirements and allergies at checkout
- Minimum drinking age is 18 years
