Your journey begins in Pompeii, the legendary Roman city frozen in time by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius. With priority access and an expert local guide, you'll enjoy a 2.5-hour walking tour through this astonishing archaeological site.
Step through the original city gates and wander toward the Forum, the city’s political hub, surrounded by grand temples and the impressive Basilica. As you stroll down the Via dell’Abbondanza, you’ll explore the Theater District and visit a well-preserved Roman bath complex. - If the trail to Mount Vesuvius is closed, the tour will include a visit to the archaeological site of Herculaneum instead
