Meet your guide and small group outside the Prado and head straight in—an hour before the doors open to the general public! You’ll be the only people inside, apart from museum staff, giving you plenty of space to appreciate the collection away from the crowds.
Very few people can claim to have had Las Meninas all to themselves, to have seen every hidden detail of The Garden of Earthly Delights up close, or to have viewed Goya’s haunting Black Paintings alone in a silent gallery. All of this and so much more awaits you on this once-in-a-lifetime early access Prado tour. And because these masterpieces, while fascinating, can be difficult to interpret on your own, your guide will share the hidden stories and lesser-known context behind each brushstroke so you can enjoy each piece to the fullest.
Your tour ends inside the Prado, just as the first public guests are entering the Museum for the day. Feel free to continue exploring the vast collection on your own, or head out into Madrid to see even more of the vibrant Spanish capital with one bucket-list experience already checked off your list.
