Know in advance:
- Reservations are highly recommended for the 30-minute tour. Walk-ups are welcome, but availability is NOT guaranteed and wait times may occur.
- Walk-ups operate on a first come, first serve basis. Please present your confirmation email upon arrival, and the staff on-site will place you on the next available tour
- The best time to see alligators is early in the morning (before 10.00am) during hot weather and later in the day in the cold
- Tickets expire one year from the date of purchase
- The tour may be rescheduled in case of bad weather
Remember to bring:
- Comfortable clothes, sunscreen, and insect spray
- The temperature is 10 degrees cooler on the water, so you may want to bring a jacket
- A photo ID may be required for entry
