  • Make 5 types of sushi with a revered professional
  • Learn 2 methods of shaping sushi

Imagine stepping into a hidden Tokyo gem, a 100-year-old sushi shop, where tradition and artistry dance on your plate. This isn't just a cooking class; it's a time capsule led by the welcoming Kazuki, president of Sushi Bar Yachiyo. With over 5,000 students, he's ready to unveil the secrets passed down for generations.

Forget the usual nigiri. This adventure delves deeper, mastering three fundamental methods: kotegaeshi for delicate rolls, tategaeshi for perfect balance, and hidden techniques honed over a century. Feel the weight of history as you shape rice, coaxing flavors from fresh ingredients. Witness fish transform into delicate slices, each a testament to the chef's skill.

The aroma of vinegar-infused rice and perfectly seared fish will fill the air. Under Kazuki's guidance, you'll master nigiri and tamagoyaki sushi. The grand finale? A communal lunch, where you'll share your culinary masterpieces and stories with fellow sushi enthusiasts. Laughter and warmth will blend with the satisfaction of a job well done.

This isn't just a class; it's an experience. You'll leave not only with the skills to impress but also with a deeper appreciation for the rich heritage and artistry of sushi. The taste of Tokyo, the weight of tradition, and the joy of creation – all yours to take home and cherish. Ready to embark on your sushi-making adventure? Book your spot today and unlock the secrets of this timeless culinary art!
