Meeting & pickup
Present your mobile or printed voucher at the Wings of Time Concourse, located in front of the Fun Shop. Reservations are required before your visit. Use the code located below the QR code on your voucher to reserve your preferred show date and time through the designated reservation website.

- Wheelchair-accessible seating is available in the front row of the seating gallery (not applicable to premium seats)
Know in advance:
- The ticket is valid for 2 months from the date of issue
- Guests aged 4 years and above require a valid ticket
- Age eligibility: 4-99 years
- Showtimes: First show: 7:40 PM; Second show: 8:40 PM
- Gates open 15 minutes before each show
- Standard seating consists of wooden bench seating located across various seating zones
- Reservations for show date and time are mandatory before attending
- This is a rain-or-shine event
- Tickets are non-refundable once e-tickets have been issued
- Rescheduling is permitted before the original visit date. Tickets become invalid once the reserved date has passed
