The address of the Hop-on Hop-off Stop 1 is 23, Bd des Capucines. You can redeem your ticket at the Visitor Centre (23, Bd des Capucines) or on the bus. Download the Tootbus App to find the nearest bus stop. Please be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes in advance.

- Your ticket is valid for redemption on the booked date or any date before it. Upon first validation on the bus, your ticket is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours (as per the option selected)
- The bus ticket is valid both for the bus and the cruise. The Seine cruise is operated by Vedettes de Paris located at Port de Suffren, 75007 Paris, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower
- The audio guide is available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Brazilian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and Russian on the bus devices and on the Tootbus App. A child-friendly audio guide in English and French is also available. Live guide on the cruise in English and French
