Cartagena is a city and a major naval station situated in the Region of Murcia, on the Mediterranean coast of Southern Spain.Well-known in the past for the importance of its port nowadays is a touristic destination due to its Roman, Moorish and Byzantine heritage as well as the 20th centuries buildings in Art Nouveau style.
