Important information
1. All Guests must arrive on time to the pickup point for tour departure.
2. Please follow the tour details as provided by the tour guide.
3. The tour times may be adjusted as needed; the tour guide will provide the details.
4. The tour guide will contact you one day prior to departure，please stay connected for updates. If you are on a plane or cruise the day before the tour, please let us know ahead of time.
5. Antelope is one of the most famous photography sites，please follow their rules：no picture taking on the stairs；follow the Navajo tour guide at all times；do not write on the canyon walls，do not litter，do not bring a tripod；do not climb the rocks. If you fail to follow these rules you will be sent back to the car, refunds will not be provided.
6. If the tour vehicle is changed or replaced due to force majeure, the participating guests on the day can receive a partial refund ($15/person) to compensate for the difference in the price of the vehicle.

Cancel 15 days before departure: 100% refund
Cancel 7-14 days (not including 7th day) before departure: 50% refund
Cancel Within 7 days of departure: No refund
Refunds will NOT be issued for “no-shows” or late arrivals
Tours may be canceled due to bad weather; in which case a full refund will be issued
