Itinerary

As the water is disturbed, you will see eerie light illuminating the waters. Take a glass-bottom boat out on the glowing waters of the Luminous Lagoon and jump in for a swim among the harmless phosphorescent phytoplankton. Swimming is optional. Boat ride tour last for about 30 minutes.
Jerk food is cooked in the traditional style, on open air barbecues over pimento wood. Spicy jerk chicken and pork are the specialties of Scotchies but a milder jerk fish is also available along with a wide range of side dishes such as festival, rice and peas, roast yam, breadfruit, potatoes and corn.
