- Adults are considered from 13 years old, children are considered from 6 years old, and children up to 5 years old are considered infants - infant access is included for each paying adult
- For safety reasons, snorkelling is only for ages 10 to 60 years old, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Snorkelling is not recommended for people with a history of heart problems, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, or any other significant medical condition
- Guests who are more than five months pregnant will not be able to participate in water activities or zip-lining
- All guests from 6 years of age need to pay the dock usage fee
- To participate in the zip-lining activity, the maximum allowed weight is 130 kg and minimum height is 1.10 m
- Senior or disabled guests will need to speak with the recreational supervision area to check if indivioduals are safe to participate
- The minimum height to participate in kayaking is 1.30m and children must be accompanied by an adult
- All activities are subject to weather and operational conditions of the day, as well as safety personnel evaluation
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in water activities
- Registration to participate in the temazcal ceremony must be done in advance at the information desk, there's a maximum of 20 participants per session and this one is for adults only
- Policies may be modified without prior notice when safety circumstances require it
- Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time
- Bring bathing gear and sunblock
