Please note that you can collect your Krakow Card from: Jordan Cafe at Długa 9 (10am to 7pm daily), Hotel Galaxy at Gęsia 22a (10am to 7pm daily), Legends of Cracow at Pawia 8 (11am to 4pm daily).
Additional info
Know in advance:
- The card is valid for 3 consecutive days. You can activate it before or on the date you have chosen at the time of purchase. The day will be filled in when you collect it
- The last admission to the exhibitions is usually 90 minutes before the closing time of the museums
- Please note that on Mondays and public holidays, some of the museums are closed
- The card is valid on city buses and trams day and night
