Meeting & pickup
Please report to the Office "IBT Center/Touristation" next to Chalet Donna Lucia at least 15 minutes before the departure time.

Not allowed:
- Luggage or large bags, smoking, umbrellas, alcohol or other substances are not allowed
Know in advance:
- Small dogs are permitted inside the archaeological area, but they must be kept on a leash and carried when inside the buildings
- The ticket is available on the date booked: please report at the Meeting Point and just show the voucher to the staff.
- Business hours from April to September 9:00 - 17:00, October 9:00 - 16:00 (From the last Sunday of the month until the end of the month, the business hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM), from November to March 9:00 - 13:00
- The audio guide is available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Russian
- Please note, this ticket doesn't include the optional entrance to Villa dei Misteri
- Free admission to all disabled visitors with a certified disability
