After a scenic drive along the mountains through impressive valleys, you will reach Berchtesgaden. From there you will continue to the top of the Obersalzberg mountain, where the famous Eagle's Nest is situated.
Eagle's Nest on top of the rocky promontory above Obersalzberg was once the high command post of the Nazi regime.
Tour itinerary:
- 8.30am: departure from Munich
- 10.30am: arrival at Obersalzberg (a special bus and lift brings you up to the Eagle’s Nest and down again)
- 12.30pm: free time at the Eagle's Nest
- 1.00pm: lunchtime in Berggasthof Restaurant in Obersalzberg
- 2.15pm: Documentation Centre
- 03:30pm-4.00pm: departure from Obersalzberg
- 6.00pm: back in Munich

The tour departs from Karlsplatz 21 (Stachus) next to Buddy Hotel. Please board coach 20 minutes before departure.

- Entrance fees for the special bus, lift to the Eagle's Nest, and the Documentation Centre in Obersalzberg (35€ per adult)
Know in advance:
- Infants (0-3) can participate for free
- In bad weather conditions such as ice, snow or fog, the tour will take you to the famous Berchtesgaden salt mine instead
