You'll start outside the San Giacomo di Rialto church before heading to a family-run bacaro, where you'll taste a traditional tramezzino paired with a spritz prepared the Venetian way. The route continues through the centuries-old fish and vegetable stalls of Rialto Market, offering a glimpse into daily Venetian life, before crossing the iconic Rialto Bridge for sweeping views over the Grand Canal.
Next, you'll visit a historic eatery famous for its mozzarella in carrozza, served fresh from the fryer. The tour then pauses for a sit-down bowl of risotto – the same dish locals queue for – made to order and accompanied by a glass of house wine.
